We are in a quiet residential area in the middle of 30th & 31st on Asbury Ave. Just a few short blocks away from the 34th street bridge, WaWa, Acme, CVS, Randazzo's, Tennis courts, a playground and the famous Kessel's corner.
Save room in your car as we provide 6 beach chairs, a beach umbrella, a beach cart for your use while here. We also provide 8 beach tags as well.

"We went with our entire family- 11 of us in all. Rented both B & C units at 1244 Asbury Ave. More than enough room for us. Was short walk to the beach and boardwalk. Both units were very clean and well stocked. Communication with owners was easy, timely & thorough.Also loved we could fit all 4 cars on property. Already looking forward to going back."

"Everything at 842 Wesley Ave was in pristine condition. Bringing tons of luggage, groceries and kids toys in was easy with the elevator (as well as for those seniors needing a little help!) We were pleasantly surprised to see that there was already paper towels, toilet paper and soap available. The kids loved the recreation room (as did the adults!). We all had a wonderful experience and week!!!"

"Absolutely beautiful, short walk to the boardwalk, and many shops. We rented both floors at 840 Wesley Ave, and every room was beautiful, enough room for everyone that attended with us, and than some. Both kitchens were wonderful! Great host, highly recommend!!"

"This house is immaculate, accommodating, and perfect for a large group. 836/838 Wesley Ave had everything we needed. The porches and view were nice, and the close proximity to the boardwalk and beach were exactly as advertised. I would not hesitate to stay here again."
Perfect in every way
"The entire place was clean and comfortable! The kitchen family room was so inviting and we loved playing cards with the kids around the big kitchen table. Bonus was the deck! There was so much room to spread out and we loved the bunkroom and all the other options of beds in the bedrooms. The elevator was perfect for getting all of our belongings up and down! 701 8th St is steps from beach and boardwalk. Communicating was perfect with the owner!
